REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Launch My Line LLC (“Launch My Line,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides brand development and related business services to clients within the United States. Because our work involves significant time, coordination, and creative planning, we maintain a clear and fair refund and cancellation policy as outlined below.
General Policy
All payments made to Launch My Line LLC for consultations, retainers, design, development, or service packages are considered final unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that our team begins allocating resources, staff time, and project materials immediately upon purchase.
Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel a project or service by contacting us in writing at [email protected] Cancellation requests must include your full name, business name, date of purchase, and a description of the service. Requests are reviewed individually, and approval is at our sole discretion. Work already performed or scheduled at the time of cancellation is non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued under limited circumstances where no work has begun and no third-party costs have been incurred. Once a project plan, design, sourcing, consultation, or digital service has been initiated, partial or full refunds are generally not available. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within ten business days to the original payment method, minus any processing or administrative fees charged by payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal.
Deposits and Retainers
Deposits or retainers paid to secure services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. These funds are used to reserve staff and production schedules and will be applied to the final project invoice. If the client fails to provide necessary materials, approvals, or communication within thirty days of payment, the project may be placed on hold or cancelled without refund.
Project Pauses and Delays
If a client requests to pause a project for more than thirty days, we reserve the right to close the project and invoice for work completed to date. Any remaining funds may be held as credit for future services at our discretion. Credits must be used within six months from the date of issue unless otherwise approved in writing.
Non-Delivery of Services
In the rare event that Launch My Line LLC is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control, we will provide either a full refund or an equivalent credit for future services. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by external suppliers, manufacturers, or shipping partners outside our direct control.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication violates this policy. Clients are expected to contact us to resolve any billing or service concerns. If a chargeback is filed, all related work will be paused until the matter is resolved, and the client will be responsible for any resulting fees or losses.
Third-Party Fees
Some projects involve payments to third-party vendors such as manufacturers, designers, or logistics partners. These third parties may have their own refund or cancellation policies, which apply independently from Launch My Line LLC.
